"Free house cleaning for veterans" is a common search, and the honest answer is that a broad program like that does not exist in Arizona. What does exist is narrower, and worth knowing about, because the people who qualify often do not realise they do.
VA-linked home support
If you have a service-connected disability rating and need help with daily living activities, home support may be available through VA programs rather than as a cleaning service per se. Homemaker and Home Health Aide services exist for veterans who meet clinical criteria, and the Program of Comprehensive Assistance for Family Caregivers provides support where a family member is the primary caregiver. Neither is a housekeeping benefit, and both run on assessed need rather than request. The person who can tell you where you stand is a VA social worker at your facility, not a website.
Local and national nonprofits
Several organisations provide one-off deep cleans for veterans in hardship, typically around a medical event, a move, or a disability accommodation. Capacity is genuinely limited and varies through the year. Phoenix-area veteran service organisations and your county veteran services office are the practical starting point — they will know what has openings right now, which no article can tell you accurately.
Discounts, which is the common case
For most veterans, the realistic option is not free cleaning but a reduced rate on ongoing service. Veterans and active-duty service members receive ongoing discounts on all of our services.
