Rates current as of September 2026 and subject to home size and condition. Updated September 2026.

Most cleaning companies will not put a number on a page. The result is that homeowners in Gilbert, Mesa and Chandler have no way to sanity-check a quote. Here is what we actually charge, and how the structure works.

Recurring cleaning

For a 2,000 square foot home, recurring service is around $151 per week or $201 bi-weekly. Weekly plans start from $170 depending on size. Bi-weekly costs more per visit than weekly because two weeks of use has accumulated, but less per month overall, which is why it is the most common choice.

Monthly is available and is the least efficient option per visit, because a month of buildup takes closer to deep-clean effort at a maintenance price.

One-time deep cleaning

A deep clean for a 2,000 square foot home is $451. At 2,500 square feet it is $487. That covers the work a maintenance visit does not: inside appliances, baseboards, detailed bathroom work on built-up mineral and soap scum, window sills, and the areas that are only reachable when someone is specifically looking for them.

Why the first visit is higher

A recurring price assumes the house is already at a baseline and needs maintaining. A house that has not been on a schedule has however much buildup has accumulated before we arrived. If we priced that first visit at the maintenance rate, one of two things would happen: we would skip the buildup permanently, or we would quietly stretch every future visit to cover it.

So the first visit is scoped and priced as a deep clean. Every visit after that is the recurring rate you were quoted. Across the East Valley this year, first cleans have typically landed in the mid-to-upper $300s, with larger or heavily built-up homes running higher and smaller ones lower.

What moves the price

Bedrooms and bathrooms first — bathrooms are the most labour-dense rooms in any house. Then square footage, then condition. Pets add time, mostly in floors and upholstery. A home that has been maintained on a schedule costs less to keep than one that has not, which is the actual economic argument for recurring service over occasional deep cleans.

What we do not do

We do not quote by the hour. Hourly billing means you are watching the clock and we are incentivised to be slow. We do not quote a deep clean over the phone without knowing the size and condition, because a number given blind is a number that changes on arrival, and that is the single most common complaint about this industry.

Pricing questions

Why is my first clean more expensive than the quoted recurring rate?
Because it is scoped as a deep clean. Recurring pricing assumes the home is already at a baseline; the first visit establishes that baseline by covering the buildup that accumulated before we started. Every visit after it is the recurring rate.
Do you charge by the hour?
No. Pricing is by home size and scope, so the number quoted is the number invoiced regardless of whether a visit runs long or short. Hourly billing puts the customer and the cleaner on opposite sides, which we would rather avoid.
Is bi-weekly cheaper than weekly?
Per visit, no — more accumulates in two weeks. Per month it is meaningfully cheaper, which is why most households choose it. Monthly is cheaper again per month but each visit is closer to deep-clean effort.
