No experience required! We provide comprehensive 2-week paid training covering all aspects of our natural cleaning methods, customer service standards, and safety protocols. We believe in hiring for attitude and training for skill. Many of our most successful team members had no prior cleaning experience.

We promote from within whenever possible. Career progression typically follows: Cleaning Specialist → Senior Specialist → Team Lead → Supervisor → Area Manager → Operations Manager. Most promotions occur within 6-18 months for dedicated team members who demonstrate excellence and leadership potential.
Very flexible! We offer full-time (40 hours), part-time (20-30 hours), and custom schedules to accommodate your needs. Most cleaning occurs Monday-Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM, with some Saturday options available. We work with your availability, especially for students, parents, and those with other commitments.
Full-time employees receive health insurance, dental, vision, paid time off, sick leave, and retirement planning assistance after 90 days. Part-time employees receive pro-rated PTO and access to our employee assistance programs. Performance bonuses and advancement opportunities begin immediately.
Reliable transportation is required for most positions as teams travel between client homes throughout the day. We provide all cleaning supplies, equipment, and uniforms. Vehicle expenses for business use are reimbursed at standard IRS rates, and we help coordinate carpooling when possible.
Absolutely! As a veteran-owned company, we understand military culture and the value veterans bring to civilian workplaces. We offer veteran hiring preference, understand security clearance and deployment schedules, and actively recruit from military transition programs. Military skills and experience are highly valued in our organization.
Employee safety is our top priority. We provide comprehensive safety training, proper protective equipment, and safe natural cleaning products. All team members work in pairs for security and efficiency. We maintain liability insurance, workers' compensation coverage, and have strict protocols for client interactions and site safety.
